Our Certified Kanban System Design training course is useful for anyone who wants to be successful using Kanban within their organisation or anyone who works with teams utilising Kanban. There are no formal entry-level requirements for our Certified Kanban System Design training course, however some familiarity with Agile methods would be helpful.

Please Note: Our Certified Kanban System Design training course is fast-paced and can be demanding in terms of attention during the course. In addition to the Live Online Training sessions, there will also be between 1-1.5 hours of homework after days 1 and 2, and so time should be set aside in advance for this. It is not recommended that too many meetings/work are scheduled during the days that the course takes place.

The Kanban University website includes several useful Kanban resources. The following is recommended as useful introductory material for those new to Kanban:

Our Certified Kanban System Design training course has been accredited by David J Anderson (creator of the Kanban method) and the Kanban University, and meets the requirements for the Kanban Management Professional (KMP1) certification.

Our two-day ICAgile - Agile Fundamentals training course will help you to understand the principles of Agile and in particular, Scrum. You will work in teams to produce a piece of work over a series of sprints. In addition to understanding the rules of Scrum, the team will also appreciate how Scrum can be blended with other complementary practices such as Kanban. You will experience the value of cross-functional teams and the benefits that agile frameworks such as Scrum provide.

Our Certified Kanban System Design training course is delivered both as a public schedule course and as a private, in-house course.
