Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course will be run as two 5-day sessions, it will enable you to become self-sufficient process improvement practitioners with the capability to analyse opportunities and deliver solutions:
Our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course will provide you with the necessary tools and techniques to manage improvement resources to deliver major projects. In-class activities will show you how to perform statistical calculations using the Industry Standard package (Minitab) while the Case Study based exercises will challenge you to use the tools learned in a real-world perspective. A Final Case Study exercise on the last day will allow you to practice many of your new-found skills in a joined-up way.
Managers, Internal Consultants, Change Agents, Project Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members who will be involved in leading Lean Six Sigma projects will benefit from our course.
Please Note: You MUST be qualified at Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level before Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
You will need to bring a laptop configured with Minitab 16 or later (version 17 highly recommended), an evaluation copy of Minitab is available as a free download from the Minitab website. You will be provided with details in the pre-course notes which will be sent to you when you register for the course.

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt assessment is split between satisfactory performance of Case Study exercises and a final written examination. Each part of the assessment has 50 marks (100 in total) and you need to gather at least 70 marks to be awarded a certificate.
There are no professional qualification credits.
Congratulations! You will be awarded the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate. You will now be able to demonstrate the required level of technical expertise, application experience and managerial skills to implement Lean and Six Sigma projects.
