Our 2-day Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO) course describes process owner responsibilities and provides the education needed to oversee the design, reengineering and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; particularly in the context of Agile Service Management. You will learn how to use Agile and Lean principles and practices to put in place ‘just enough’ process and how to continually align process performance with overall business goals.

Our Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO) training course is sixteen hours of of instructor-led training and exercise facilitation.
A Process Owner is accountable for the performance of a process and for ensuring the process delivers value to its stakeholders. Process Owners manage the requirements of process stakeholders, translate those requirements into process performance objectives, and oversee the entire process Design and Improvement Lifecycle.
Our tutors are seasoned professionals who hold multiple DevOps, Agile and ITSM certifications and have successfully completed Certified Agile Process Owner Train-the-Trainer Program.
You will have the opportunity to participate in unique exercises that are designed to apply concepts.

Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO) Examination:
The exam is taken after the course and is administered by our Examination Institute (PeopleCert)
Successfully passing (65%) the 60 minute examination, consisting of 40 multiple-choice questions, leads to the Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO) certificate.
The certification is governed, administered and maintained by the DevOps Institute.
Please Note: The live exam is taken at a time and place of your choosing after the course. Once you are ready to take the on-line exam please contact your Account Manager at Purple Griffon or your Training Partner if you have booked through one of our Strategic resellers. Once we have received notification that you wish to take the exam you will receive an exam voucher from the accredited exam provider (PeopleCert) to allow you to take the exam at your convenience. The exam MUST be taken within 3 months of course completion; however we strongly suggest you take the exam within 2 weeks of course completion to give yourself the best possible chance of success.
You will earn 16 contact hours or PDUs upon completion of our Certified Agile Process Owner (CAPO) training course.
If you pass this qualification, you will be awarded a digital badge to showcase your achievement. You can share your success online by displaying your digital badge on Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter. Don't worry, if you have already passed this certification - digital badges will be issued retroactively.
