During this training you will explore the key qualities and responsibilities of a Product Owner and practice skills to help you manage a product backlog.You will leave the training having used a method of conveying a vision in a compelling way and written user stories.You will also be introduced to Impact Mapping as a way of mapping out your vision and testing assumptions.
