About the Course
Our 3-day course is fast-paced and through the use of examples and a simple case study introduces you to the contribution that a business analyst makes within a business. We also consider the tools and techniques available to Business Analysts to assist them in their role.
Who Should Attend
Our BCS Foundation in Business Analysis Practice course is suitable for anyone new to Business Analysis or anyone wishing to understand the role better, but may be preferable for those having already completed courses in the Diploma stream and/or have some experience.
Full course materials will be provided.
Business Analysis is a fundamental requirement to ensure that services are developed and designed to meet business needs
You will have the opportunity to gain a widely recognised formal qualification.
You should meet the following requirements:
A general understanding of the Business or IT Environment and completion of pre-course study material as supplied
Ability to commit to 2-3 hours homework per night during the course
There is no pre-course study material associated with this training course.
During this three day course you’ll receive all the training you need to prepare for the BCS Foundation in Business Analysis certificate multiple choice examination, which is held on the final afternoon of the course.
A pass means a Foundation certificate in Business Analysis and that puts you one step closer to a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis but that’s not all, as well as covering the entire BCS syllabus, this programme will develop your SFIA skills, REQM, level 3.
