The 'Plus' course is aimed at those with an existing IT Service Management qualification (e.g. ITIL Foundation) who wish to gain a VeriSM Foundation qualification and are prepared to self study the VeriSM Essentials course content which this 'Plus' course omits.

An accredited training course will require a minimum of 7 hours of study run over 1 day including live exam.
The course is delivered in a traditional classroom setting allowing full discussion of the new approach and principles.
