VeriSM™ Plus: Private Training Sessions

The VeriSM™ Plus certification training is not run as a public scheduled training course, however it can be delivered as a private training session for your team. Please complete this enquiry form if you would like us to send you a formal quote.

Please Note: The VeriSM™ Plus exam (including resits) must be completed by 31st December 2022 as they will cease to be available after this date.

VeriSM™ is a service management approach that helps service providers to create a flexible operating model to meet desired business outcomes. It describes how an organisation can define its service management principles and then use organisational capabilities, emerging technologies and a combination of management practices to deliver value.

The 'Plus' course is aimed at those with an existing IT Service Management qualification (e.g. ITIL Foundation) who wish to gain a VeriSM Foundation qualification and are prepared to self study the VeriSM Essentials course content which this 'Plus' course omits.

Learning Outcomes

An accredited training course will require a minimum of 7 hours of study run over 1 day including live exam.

The course is delivered in a traditional classroom setting allowing full discussion of the new approach and principles.

Entry-Level Requirements

The prerequisites to attend the VeriSM Plus course and exam are that you have either:

  • Attended and passed a VeriSM Essentials course and exam


  • Attended and passed an ITIL Foundation course and exam

Exam Information

The exam is accredited by BCS and comprises:

  • Closed book
  • 30 minutes
  • 20 question multiple choice

Pass mark: 65% (13 out of 20)

If the examination is taken in a language that is not the candidate’s native/official language, candidates are entitled to 25% extra time

Both, the materials and exam voucher will be emailed to you the week before the training course.
