Following the successful launch of ITIL® 4, with the higher modules from the Managing Professional and Strategic Leader streams establishing themselves in the market - AXELOS has taken the decision to stop offering the previous version of the World’s leading certification in IT Service Management, ITIL V3, by the end of 2021.
There will be a phased approach to discontinuing the Foundation and Intermediate examinations to allow you enough time to complete your ITIL V3 Intermediate level certifications, so you can accumulate enough credits to qualify for the Transition examination.
Please Note: The confirmed timings are as follows:
Our ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle course is the final course in the ITIL® accreditation stream, which builds on the knowledge gained from the previous courses and takes you from ITIL® content knowledge to ITIL® content application and integration.
Please Note: The ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle examination is based around a case study. The case study you will use during the exam is provided as part of your course material.

ITIL® Managing Across the Lifecycle (90 Days) Includes:
Your access duration time starts as soon as you access the course, or after 28 days - whichever is sooner.
Through gaining an understanding of Managing Across the Lifecycle, this will ensure that the IT teams can deliver/implement the required, aligned, processes that will drive benefits for the business, by ensuring that service delivery will meet their expectations.
From the customer's point of view, that means they are able to completely rely on the IT services to help them achieve their desired results. From the IT team's perspective, consistently good service delivery means less fire-fighting leading to the ability to take a more proactive approach to Service Delivery.
You will gain an understanding of how to be a more effective – and therefore more valued - team member through the understanding of how to implement or improve the service management processes within your organisation.
By developing your knowledge further, you will likely gain significant experience and kudos over your peers in your organisation, and benefits such as a promotion within your own or other organisations, in order to advance your career will likely become more available!
