The APMP For PRINCE2® Practitioners training course in London is intended for project managers and aspiring project managers with at least two years project experience and hold a current PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification.

APMP For PRINCE2® Practitioners is intended for project managers and aspiring project managers with at least two years project experience and hold a current PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification.

You should have experience of working in a project environment and have a basic understanding of project management issues.

You are expected to complete around 15 hours precourse work in order to be fully prepared for the examination and training course. You will be provided with prereading by email prior to the course and your success will be enhanced by close attention to the prereading materials.

Please Note: The examination fee is not included in the cost of this APMP For PRINCE2® Practitioners training course. You must bring photographic identification with you on the exam day (e.g. passport, driving license, company secure access card, student card) as it is an examination requirement to present it to the invigilator prior to the exam. Failure to produce a valid form of photographic identification may result in you not being able to sit the examination.

APMP: The APM Project Management Examination

Extensive examination practice and feedback is included in the workshop. The PMQ examination is normally scheduled for 14:00 on the final day of the training course.

• Two hours duration
• Closed-book
• Six essay-based questions to be selected from a total of ten - each question is worth 50 marks
• You are required to achieve a minimum of 165 marks (55%) to pass

Our 3-day PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner training course will provide you with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2® Agile guidance, and is aligned to the current version of PRINCE2®. During the course, we will introduce the basic concepts of common Agile ways of working, discuss the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2® and the Agile way of working, evaluate the focus areas to a project in an Agile context, fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an Agile context, and be able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2® principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an Agile context.

Congratulations! Once you have passed the APMP: The APM Project Management examination, you will be awarded the APMP: The APM Project Management Qualification and have a great understanding of the Project Management arena.
