Our P3O® Practitioner training course will show you that you are able to establish, develop and maintain a support structure for the delivery of change across your organisation, whether through a single office, or a linked office set.

P3O® is aligned to the current MSP®, PRINCE2®, and M_o_R® guidance and has been developed to enhance the support advice referred to in that guidance.

About the Course

Using our accelerated learning techniques our P3O® Practitioner training course will help to ensure that the theory and techniques you will learn are fully embedded. We will help you to gain the confidence in the practical application of P3O®.

The aim of our P3O® Practitioner course is to revise the structure and detail of the P3O® advice and prepare you for the P3O® Practitioner examination by answering questions from a sample examination paper.

  • The examination duration is 2 1/2 hours
  • The pass mark is 50%
