Our Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Combined Foundation & Practitioner training course comprises our MSP® Foundation and MSP® Practitioner course as a single 5-day classroom course.
Our MSP® Combined Foundation & Practitioner training course covers the following subjects within Managing Successful Programmes:
You will gain sufficient knowledge and experience in the processes and principles of Programme Management (MSP®) to act as a Programme Manager for a programme with a coherent Project Portfolio or to act as a member of a Programme Support Office. You will have the opportunity to prepare for and sit the MSP® Practitioner examination at the end of the training course.

Our intensive course is an in-depth study of the MSP® methodology and includes the highly valued MSP® Foundation & Practitioner examinations.
Experience of working in a programme environment is essential. However, if this is not applicable, Project Management experience or Project Board experience may be appropriate, but it is not recommended that you attempt this course without any experience at all.
Please Note: You must have successfully passed the MSP® Foundation examination before you can attend the MSP® Practitioner section of the training course.

You are expected to complete approximately 2 - 3 hours of evening work to consolidate the learning that has been provided each day. You will also be given practise examination questions in order to prepare you for the examinations.
