Our 3-day MSP® Foundation training course will provide you with a thorough understanding of the internationally recognised Programme Management Methodology - Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®). Our classroom course will provide you with the skills you need to confidently use MSP® to work within a programme.

Our MSP® Foundation course covers the principles and concepts of MSP® that provides you with adequate knowledge of programme management scenarios. Completing our MSP® Foundation training course will give you the highest chance of succeeding in a programming environment.

Experience of working in a programme environment is essential. However, if this is not applicable, Project Management experience or Project Board experience may be appropriate, but it is not recommended that you attempt this course without any experience at all.

It is required for you to have revised the ‘Managing Successful Programme’ workbook for at least 15 hours before the course. There will also be a minimum of 2 hours homework every evening.

There are no Professional Development Units associated with this course.
The next logical step would be our 2-day MSP® Practitioner classroom course which is more detailed in knowledge compared to the MSP® Foundation.
