Contract Management concerns the administration of contracts between companies and their vendors in order to derive maximum advantage from them and reduce financial risk. Contract Management starts from drafting the contract at the beginning through to the tracking of the contract throughout the contract period to ensure each party’s obligations are fulfilled and each risk is minimised.
