These courses are based upon the guidance found in the official Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA) Handbook, which draws from the DSDM framework and a variety of other agile methods.

Our Agile Business Analysis Foundation & Practitioner training course will equip you with the practical skills needed to be an effective agile business analyst. It is perfect for anyone involved in analysing the requirements for agile projects, so is therefore ideal for business analysts, developers, Scrum product owners, change managers and PMO managers.
There are nor prerequisites for this course.
There is pre-course reading and homework will be set. Both of these will be provided.
On day 3 of the course, you will take the AgileBA Foundation exam. This is a 40-minute multiple choice closed book exam containing 50 questions and you must score a minimum of 25 correct answers to pass.
On day 4 of the course, you will take the AgileBA Practitioner exam. This is a 2.5 hour open-book, complex multiple choice exam. The exam has 4 questions at 20 marks each and you must score 40 marks out of 80 to pass.
Our three-day Agile Project Management Foundation (AgilePM) training course and certification was developed in partnership with the Agile experts at the DSDM Consortium and is accredited with the APMG Examination Institute. It is based on DSDM's Agile Project Framework
