This course prepares learners for the AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies certification exam. The exam measures the ability to manage identity and access, implement platform protection, secure data and applications, and manage security operations in Azure. The assessment includes multiple-choice, scenario-based, and case-study questions that reflect real-world security engineering tasks. Passing the exam earns the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate credential.
After completing AZ-500, learners can advance to advanced security and architecture certifications such as AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect), SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect Expert), or SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst).
