The APMG-International AgilePM® certification aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be Agile.

The AgilePM guidance, developed in partnership with DSDM Consortium, offers a practical and repeatable methodology that achieves an ideal balance between the standards, rigour and visibility required for good project management, and the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.
The focus of Agile Project Management is on developing solutions incrementally enabling project teams to react effectively to changing requirements, whilst empowering project personnel and encouraging increased collaboration and ownership.
The guidance is based on DSDM Consortium's Agile Project Framework and is underpinned by DSDM's eight principles for effective Agile Project Delivery:

Our Agile Project Management Practitioner (AgilePM) training course and certification was developed in partnership with the Agile experts at the DSDM Consortium and is accredited with the APMG Examination Institute. It is based on DSDM's Agile Project Framework

To take your web based exam, you will need a computer with a webcam, a microphone and a reliable internet connection.
You will also need administrator rights to install the software that will be used to monitor the exam session.
You will also need photo identification (passport, government ID or equivalent). If your exam includes a document to be printed (for example ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle case study), the printer will need to be in the room where you take the exam.
Please note, in addition to your webcam, some examination institutes will require you to have a small mirror or reflective surface. The proctor will ask you to hold this up to show that there is nothing attached to the webcam or laptop itself.

You must hold the Agile PM Foundation certificate to be eligible for the Practitioner level course.
