We would like to ask you to please help support the AXELOS ITSM (ITIL®) benchmarking survey and help us create a powerful research report.
We have been asked by AXELOS as a valued training and consultancy partner to extend an invitation to you to help support our latest piece of ITSM research. In order to ensure that 'Best Practice' for ITSM (ITIL®) continues to meet the changing needs of its user base AXELOS would like to understand the challenges that ITSM professionals are facing and the successes they have had.
The aim is to create a benchmark report that provides our community with a better understanding of the current state of ITSM around the world, while also creating a foundation for future reports to build on. It will also help us continually develop and improve our best practice products.
