It is the logical next step after ITIL® 4 Foundation for those wanting to make immediate tangible changes to their organisation’s working methods in service management. ITIL® 4 Specialist Create, Deliver & Support is less about technical aspects and more of a practical and holistic approach to creating and managing effective and streamlined services.
