Entry-Level Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for ITIL® 4 Sustainability In Digital & IT (SDIT) and ITIL® 4 Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services (AMCS) Extension Modules. The relevant key concepts from the ITIL® 4 Framework will be covered as part of each module, making it accessible to anyone interested in gaining critical skills in these areas.

Whereas The ITIL® 4 Business Relationship Management (BRM) and ITIL® 4 IT Asset Management (ITAM) Extension Modules require a Certification in ITIL® 4 Foundation.
