Following the successful launch of ITIL® 4, with the higher modules from the Managing Professional and Strategic Leader streams establishing themselves in the market - AXELOS has taken the decision to stop offering the previous version of the World’s leading certification in IT Service Management, ITIL® V3, by the end of 2021.
There will be a phased approach to discontinuing the Foundation and Intermediate examinations to allow you enough time to complete your ITIL® V3 Intermediate level certifications, so you can accumulate enough credits to qualify for the Transition examination.

Our 1-day ITIL V3 Overview will be delivered by one of our senior consultant trainers who has had considerable experience working as both a practitioner and implementer of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within a number of organisations.
The ITIL Overview will cover all key areas of the ITIL Service Lifecycle and understand the benefits to organisations and individuals. It will help explain the route that you can take if you wish to adopt the ITIL framework as Service Management 'Best Practice' as a proactive, rather than reactive process.
The ITIL V3 Overview is designed for those who either do not wish to undertake the full three day ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation level of study (including the exam), or those who just want a basic level of knowledge of IT Service Management 'Best Practice'.
