Introduction
Our 2-day Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Practitioner training course follows on from our 3-day MSP® Foundation course. The purpose of our classroom course is to take you to the next level after MSP® Foundation and give you the knowledge and practical skills to be able to apply the MSP® method in the correct programme environment.

Description
You will gain sufficient knowledge and experience in the processes and principles of Programme Management (MSP®) to act as a Programme Manager for a programme with a coherent Project Portfolio or to act as a member of a Programme Support Office. You will have the opportunity to prepare for and sit the MSP® Practitioner examination at the end of the training course.
About the Course
At the end of our MSP® Practitioner course you will be able to:
Understand the facts, terms and concepts relating to each theme
Understand how each governance theme relates to the principles
Understand the approach to the treatment of each governance theme
Appreciate how each governance theme is applied throughout the transformational flow
Understand the responsibilities involved in each governance theme apply and tailor the relevant aspects of each governance theme to a given scenario
Identify, analyse and distinguish between appropriate and inappropriate application of each governance theme in a given scenario application of MSP® in an exam environment.

Prerequisites
Experience of working in a Programme environment is essential however Project Management or Project Board experience can be substituted, but it is not recommended that you attempt our MSP® Practitioner course without any experience at all.
